Langsett Parish Council does not own any land or buildings in the Parish.

However the Parish Council do have responsibility for one piece of land, which is held under a long term lease from Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council. The details of which are below:

Gilbert Hill

Lease signed in 2007 for 50 years.

Land situated on Gilbert Hill of approx 0.6 acres.

This area of land is a picnic area with 2 picnic tables and side of road parking for two cars.
